I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the pathetic service I've received regarding my delivery complaint.
Despite multiple attempts to contact your team, I have not received a single response or update on the status of my issue.
I have tried calling, emailing, and chatting with your team, but no one seems to care or respond.
This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I demand a prompt response and resolution to my issue.
If I don't hear back from you within the next 24 hours, I will be forced to take some action.
