I have ordered from this store twice and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. On both occasions, my orders were significantly delayed. I reached out multiple times via WhatsApp and email for an update but never received a response, which made me genuinely question whether the website was legitimate.

Although both orders eventually arrived after several weeks, the complete lack of communication was frustrating. If there are delays, customers should at least be informed rather than being left wondering about the status of their order.

There are many other online stores offering better prices, a wider range of designs and most importantly, responsive customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend purchasing elsewhere if prompt communication and customer support are important to you.
