Blue & Yellow Banarasi Silk Dress for Radha Krishna

I’ve placed bulk order from Canada of 20 Shri Radha Krishna dresses. They rarely respond to messages and calls. This is very frustrating, its been more than 45 days no clear answer on when my order will be ready. I’m loosing my patience now. When they had to take order from me they used to contact me every single day about it, but once I’ve paid in full they’ve changed and barely respond to my calls and messages.

Come on, you guys work for Radha krishna seva and this kind of behaviour, very very unfair to your customers. I’m highly disappointed.

I had ordered 2 sets of dresses one for Radha Krishna and other for Gaur Nitai on 25th August 24. Order id 5991.
Received only the Radha Krishna dress on 30 th October after multiple follow ups .

The Gaur Nitai dress is totally missing . Again as usual even after follow up no response.

I must agree that the dress quality is very good . However I really don’t have the time and patience to multiple follow ups . Sorry to say even though I liked the dress received I will never order again from here . Also will ask my contacts to never order from here due to the horrible customer support .
