I had ordered 2 sets of dresses one for Radha Krishna and other for Gaur Nitai on 25th August 24. Order id 5991.
Received only the Radha Krishna dress on 30 th October after multiple follow ups .
The Gaur Nitai dress is totally missing . Again as usual even after follow up no response.
I must agree that the dress quality is very good . However I really donāt have the time and patience to multiple follow ups . Sorry to say even though I liked the dress received I will never order again from here . Also will ask my contacts to never order from here due to the horrible customer support .
