Exchange policy

Exchange is only available on " Tshirts " purchased from us ( It will be only size exchange in same Tshirt Design )

All other items in our store can only be exchanged if the product is damaged while delivering , For Every order you have to make a video while opening the package , Exchange will only be applicable if you provide us with the video of opening package .

Exchange process will be started as soon you will apply for it and it will be hoped to deliver again the right product to you under 15 days after applying for exchange

How ever any products cant be returned / refunded 

Once you order any product from our store,it cannot be cancelled from your side

If you ordered wrong product mistakenly and want some other product Instead of that or you want to get product delivered on some further upcoming dates then mail us at support@iskconincstore.com

For exchanging damaged products please mail your product details with opening video at support@iskconincstore.com
